As usual lack of info from the OP makes answering the question posed difficult.

a) are you EU or non-EU?
b) was your L permit as a job seeker graduate from a Swiss university or because you had a job here that has now finished?
As he was clearly only interested in getting an address here....... But you are right.

Re: What's the easiest way to get a job in switzerland?

Just spend your remaining money (I guess it's less than 30k) and go back. You can take your physical stuff with you tax exempt when you move I guess. Then put it in your friend's house, go chapter 12 and start over.
Or really, have that trip you always dreamed about, if you are sure that paying the back taxes will send your balance below 0 it doesn't really matter since you'll go bankrupt anyway.

You've overstayed your permit so there is no option. Unless you have a false passport in a different name, you'll be on the system so you can't apply for a job. No employer will touch you.

I've come back after 5+ years and I'm still on the system everywhere I go.

Your options are limited to leaving voluntarily.
I left and reentered CH as EFTA/EU. With this you can screw around CH for 3 months and you can even start working, but after 2 weeks of begining of work you must check-in your bottom at gemainde. If not that, you're free ti be tourist. BITCH PLEASE .

Your approach seems thoughtless and moronic. What's your real motivation for wanting to stay in Switzerland?
