Working in La Prairie - Volketswil (Zürich area)

Hi Folks!

1st Post in this forum fully loaded of info!
And you don´t need to worry about, I´ve read everithing about salaries and I´ll not ask for this topic

I am in an advanced recruitment process for working in La Prairie (well known Luxury skin care brand) and I wanted to know if any of you work in this company and get your feelings about how good or bad is to work there.

(I´ve seen in Glassdoor.com that some people complain about management style, but as there are not many opinions and I don´t know if Swiss people like to complain or provide objective insights... I would like to get your comments!)

Thanks in advance for your comments,

No idea about that, but I can tell you that they ALWAYS have job ads posted. I mean, over the last three years, I've never seen them not have an ad on the jobs.ch website. I think that's kind of weird.

Re: Working in La Prairie - Volketswil (Zürich area)

During the interview ask the person how happy they are there and what would they change to make their working conditions even better. Watch for reactions.
Especially good question to ask an employee in front of their manager. Time how long is the pause.

And above all - trust your gut, if something smells fishy, it probably is.

If you notice something specific in glassdoor, ask them directly, eg 'I saw you had a big turnover in management, how are things going now / what are the changes / blabla'

Don't be afraid to ask for one more round of calls to clarify things, if needed.
