Work contracts, with remuneration 100% performance based, possible in CH?

Hi,

I would like to ask you if and how is possible to work for 1 Swiss based company with no basic salary: getting paid only on performance and other specific criteria which would be specified in the contract, ... I am an EU citizen and already have my B permit, the company is based in Switzerland.

Are these type of contracts allowed in CH? if so, would the company (as based in CH) still be responsible for paying the social security + taxes + 2nd pillar (as I am B permit holder) on the incomes which I generate?

Has anyone experienced something similar?

1 - working for only 1 company, based in Switzerland
2 - no monthly basic salary is provided and the remuneration is commission based
only
3 - the total number of contracts is 1 and I am not self-employed

Thank you in advance

I am sure you will be a normal employee, no issue with different earnings however tax at source is likely to be higher than if you earned the same each month.
