Anyone work in Creative industry here? Looking for the best place to place job ads for an entry level / grad designer (UX mainly but with good graphic / illustration skills)

I want to suggest places to our HR as they tend to just place ads in the same places and not getting the candidates we expect

It could also be that the places are good but that the offering itself is not attractive enough for good candidates.

I'd imagine you'd collect a good finders fee if you placed the vacancy on the RonOrp newsletter yourself. Tens of thousands of people read it every day. Seems like your target demographic.

Could be, but also going to write the ad and job description myself so it actually appeals to the right people

How far afield do you want to look? PrintWeek in the UK may be a place to put an ad in. Covers the printing industry and also has a German site.
