Two jobs (one in France -CDI, one in Switzerland - part time remote work)
Good afternoon,
I am currently an employee of a French company located in France in the city of Saint-Genis-Pouilly. I work in this company full-time (35 hours per week) on a CDI contract.
From October I would like to start another contract (part-time) for a company located in Switzerland in the 'Zurich' canton. Due to the fact that I will continue to live in France and work only remotely for the second company in ZUrich, how many hours can I work for this company so that everything is in accordance with the law?
I have read that the maximum working time in France is 48h / week (which would mean that I can not work more than 13 hours for the second company)
In spite of the fact that I will be working remotely, do I need to have a G permit?
Will my current employer in France pay higher insurance premiums ?
Do I have to inform my current employer about an additional contract?
Do I have to have health insurance in Switzerland?
Will I have to pay tax separately in France and Switzerland?
I am asking for help in answering the above questions.
Best wishes,
Jaroslaw
