Sell-side trading in London --> Buy-side trading in ZH/ZG?

Hello everyone! Next summer I will do a rotational internship at a bulge-bracket investment bank in London. I have started thinking about possible routes to take afterwards, if I were to start working full-time at such a place. I know of sell-side traders who exited to hedge funds or prop shops in London, but I am more interested in Switzerland for a number of reasons.

Thus I am wondering if anyone here is familiar with the process of switching from a sell-side BB trading job (especially in London) to a hedge fund or trading company in Switzerland (especially ZG/ZH). I would love to hear anything on this topic, but interesting info could be:

-Time at which switch was made, is 3-5 years BB trading experience a reasonable time frame to gain a role as a junior trader/assistant PM?
-Work/life balance compared to BB trading (60-70hr weeks or more/less?).
-Compensation (in relative terms), BB vs Swiss HF.
