13 month salary

Suppose I have a work contract that pays 130k/year, divided into 13 payments of 10k/month. If the contract stops after 6 months, at which point I have been paid 60k. Let's ignore the reason the contract stops, and suppose there is no condition in the contract that the 13th payment is only paid after working the full 12 months. Should I be paid 130k * 6/12 = 65k instead of 60k?
