CS application process

Hi guys,

Would someone be kind enough to briefly explain me the recruitment process (different stages and preferably also what to expect in terms of timespan) at Credit suisse in zurich?

Thanks!

Re: CS application process

Thanks for the quick reply! It would be a client facing role, and level will be Analyst.

I’m wondering as I know from the past there are different stages such as “Initial Review”, “Initial Screening” and “Further Evaluation”. But can’t really find anywhere on the website what those stages really imply.

Re: CS application process

thanks for the quick reply!

It concerns a client facing role (assistant RM) and the level would be an analyst level.

In the past I have applied and seen different stages such as "Initial Review", "Initial Screening" and "Further Evaluation", but i'm wondering what these stages imply, as i don't see it specified anywhere.

Re: CS application process

Hi there,

When did you apply exactly?

I would say it takes a week at least before they contact you

1-2 weeks but it's January so might be a bit longer (lots of people apply in January so everything is slower).

The whole process can take anywhere between 1 to 3 months.

That might explain indeed the slow process. I will just have to be patient, as I am yet to receive an invite to the initial Interview. Thanks again!
