Re: Swiss Hedge funds

Well that's a pretty broad question and it can have a free and a pretty expensive answer.

If you want alternative asset managers based here, you could probably start in morningstar, citywire, and just filter away.

If you want actual funds (i.e. strategies), you need to clarify if you mean funds with exposure in CH, or funds that are based here regardless of their strategies.
In this case, good luck getting a full list. Hedge fund info is not free, and is many times also restricted to qualified investors, so even if you wanted to pay to get the info providers could be forbidden from sharing unless you fit the bill.

Re: Swiss Hedge funds

And generally Hedge funds are only accessible to large institutional investors and definitely not for retail investors (unless you have large sums of money for investing)

Re: Swiss Hedge funds

My guess is the person is looking for a job at hedge funds.

Eitherway, start with FINMA website where all big investment managers need to be registered.

Re: Swiss Hedge funds

Dear all,

Thanks for your answers and sorry for the unclear question.

I am looking for a job at a hedge fund. However, it is difficult to find their names by simply tapping «Hedge Fund» in search engines.

Thanks again for your answers.
