Switching job frequently

I am a non-Swiss, dependent resident. My spouse holds L permit.
I was trying to get an IT job for 6 months but no luck till the last month.
Last month, I got the first offer (Large corporate). But it is for 11 months contract and can extend based on the project. I agreed with the offer and got changed my resident permit to 'stay with work'. But after joining, I found that the job doesn't match my skills much.
Within 2 Weeks of joining, I got another offer from a startup. This is a long term contract with the same salary and matching my skills. I am preferring to join the startup by giving a month probationary notice.
During the same time, my spouse also got L permit renewal.

My questions,
1. Will local government (Gemeinde/ migration) will have any problem with me frequently changing job? Will there be any risk of not approving?
2. Should I inform or enquire with Gemeinde about it? Or leave it to the new employer to inform?
3. Should I wait for the government approval before resigning? The new employer wants to join ASAP. Also, it will not be fair with resigning late after getting deep into the project.

It will be great to know your experiences/ advice! Thanks in advance..

The new employer will have to go through the same hiring process as your current employer did to be able to hire you so I wouldn't resign until approval for the new job has been given.

"Family members of a holder of a short-term residence permit (Article 26 OASA) do not enjoy the right to exercise a lucrative activity. The exercise of a lucrative activity is subject to authorization. Upon admission, a request from the employer respecting the remuneration and working conditions in use in the locality and branch must have been submitted. In addition, members of the family of a holder of a short-stay permit (Article 26 OASA) must have professional qualifications (personal qualifications, Article 23 LEtr)."

This will apply for any L dependent permit holder wanting to get/change jobs.
