My wife is taking a transfer to a post in Zug. We will probably live in Zurich.

My employer isn't (strangely - it's only a 1.5 times increase!) too keen on offering me a Swiss employment contract, but is prepared to let me keep working on my UK one, or possibly transfer me to a German one.

My work tends to be about 30% Europe-wide travel, 68% Work from home, 2% go to one of our offices, so I can do my job from anywhere in Europe.

Does anyone know what the tax-exchange/liability is likely to be between either the UK/Germany and Switzerland, or where I could get advice? I'm planning on leaving my salary paid into a local account in the UK/Germany.

Will the Swiss govt. try to make my employer call me a Swiss worker regardless of office address?
