Re: Payslip deductions

The links below explain the acronyms in German For French :

1 - AVS/AI/APG = assurance veilleise et survivants/assurance invalidité/assurance perte de gain

AVS = 1st pillar of retirement savings

AI = invalidity insurance

APG = covers income lost due to working for Swiss Army or maternity. quite funny that they put them together.

2 - Assurance chômage = unemployment insurance
3 - Assurance chômage solidarité = more unemployment insurance
4 - Assurance maternité = cantonal maternity insurance
5 - AANP = accidents non professionels = insurance for accidents out of work
6 - LPP = 2nd pillar for retirement savings
7 - Impot a la source= income tax

For further details check this website https://www.ahv-iv.ch/fr/Assurances-sociales possible to change it to English but the use other acronyms
