I fully agree with you, but every post he makes is about this and where he can get absolute maximum, lets face it, if he was so shit hot, then these questions wouldn't need to be continually asked !!
I agree with you on all the other threads he started - way too vague to add any value to the forum at all. However, this one is concrete: bank in Zurich, it department, salary and corporate title levels. I think thatís something many users are interested in as it isnít exactly self explanatory why a director at CS is a whole different thing from a director at UBS... I know I was confused about it talking to different banks in ZH.

Numbers look ok but only if you add the bonus in it. Deduce them by 3-7k to get the annual salary depending on the position.
Speaking from experience, I would actually disagree and add the bonus on top of these averages.

The numbers quoted are in the right ballpark, salaries have a min/max range and you're sitting pretty much in the middle with those.

Not sure about the values but most US-inspired job structures have VP above Director level and therefore those seem odd (swapped?) .

Not really. In most US banks, the hierarchy goes like this:
Analyst
Associate
AVP
VP
Exec Director
Managing Director

The pay structure looks reasonable enough, given the increasing reliance on tech in financial services and consistent with what I've observed in the sector in CH.
