RAV query, regarding payment calculations when submitted early

Hi,

I enrolled in RAV for the first time starting 1st September this year.

I received the form from arbeitslosenkasse (questionnaire) and I submitted on the 22nd and I was paid on the 23rd. I purposely submitted at the earliest opportunity in case there were any problems then I could correct/react quickly.

But now the problem is this, I was only paid up to the 22nd which means there is nothing accounted for from the 23rd to the end of September (more than a week of funds). Does this mean because of my action I have missed out on more than a week of earnings so to say?, and there is no way to recover this or get it in next months arbeitslosenkasse payment?

If this is the case, I would feel very hard done by with no warning or notification provided.

Thank you

Hard to give an explanation without knowing all the exact details. Does it say anywhere how many days they paid you? It is 21.7 days per month at either 70% or 80% depending if you have childeren or not.

Depends on salary, 20 working days is for people who are very highly paid.
