There are accidents and then there are logical or highly probable outcomes of a chosen course of action.
There are an infinite number of scenarios you could list, of varying levels of likelihood and accident vs carelessness factor, but that doesn't change the feedback:

Based on the long and actual experience of many posters in this thread, accidentally spilling water on a laptop is not negligence, generally not considered unduly careless on a first occurrence, and is paid for by the employer.
