Need some advise, I went away for holidays (xmas holidays) signed my RAV insurance papers with the dates that I am away - but failed get permission first from my RAV consultant !!!!! I still have not had my payment this month and am waiting over a week - could I be in trouble not asking for my control free days via my RAV consultant first and thats why they are blocking the payment?
I have heard nothing from them so should I contact them?
Very concerned - and usually I always ask first and then add the dates to the Insurance paper....

Do you mean you expected to already have the payment for December? Isn't the money wired close to the end of the month or early next month? But yes, I bet the cash desk is waiting for the confirmation from your RAV consultant. Once my sick leave certification got stuck somewhere and the cash desk did not wire the money. Email your advisor, apologize and wait until he notifies the cash desk to let them release the money.

The holidays from the RAV means that your are exempt from processing applications.
Did you inform your consultant in advance ?
According to the the local RAV the payment in december will handled early, so if you got any interim earnings, like i do, the process of the payment will delayed
by several weeks due to the holidays.

As long as you sent in the correct papers early enough you don't need to independently notify the counselor personally. Bear in mind that the specified number of days before your absence that you are required to notify them is net, i.e. n'hésiter the day they receive it more the first day of the absence is included in the calculation.

I hope for you Ace1 is correct. But would you go on holiday without asking your employer first- as RAV is currently your employer.
