Entry Level Job at Credit Suisse/UBS

Hi everyone,

After working for one year as an intern in compliance/financial crime at the bank in Zurich, they offered me a position. With a master degree and one year experience, how much do I need to expect?

I know that career start earn around 83k CHF/year.

Should I be able to earn 90k?

Thank you a lot!

Re: Entry Level Job at Credit Suisse/UBS

The year experience you are counting is the intern role you mention I guess? I would expect them to offer you in this situation the same as a career starter.

Is it not an option to take a career starter role? That way you will get the chance to do more training and at the end of the programme the permanent offer will come with a pay rise. There is a strong chance that if you start a permanent role now you won‘t see a payrise until you are promoted.

Given Ralph Hammers' history, should the job be at UBS you may have your days busy :-)
