UK national / B-visa / Working for UK, paid in UK

All,
I've seen 100s of variations on this dilemma on the forums, but none matching the scenario I seem to have.
I am a UK national living in Switzerland with my partner. I have a dependent B-Visa and my health insurance etc is all covered by my partner's employment package.
A company in the UK want to hire me and pay me in the UK while I work remotely from Switzerland.

The company is a multinational that does have a Switzerland entity but they don't want to support in the payroll process (charmers!).
Million dollar questions being: a) is this allowed? my B-Visa states I can only work 8 hours per week (a Swiss employer can easily update date if I found full-time work with one) and b) would Switzerland want some of the tax from my UK salary?
I've seen 100s of varying answers to variable issues with this dilemma and would seek professional advice, but I'm always interested to hear your wisdom!
I'm hopeful that as my partner's package covers health, etc that Switzerland could leave me be and the UK salary wouldn't be an issue.

a) Why can you only work 8 hours a week?

b) Yes, of course Switzerland will want to tax you. You're taxed where you are resident and that's not the UK.

Is your permit pre-2021 or post 2021? If pre, then your rights carry on as they were when Britain was part of the EU.

If pre, then you go to your community. You show them your contract. You get a new permit. You then search this site for ANOBAG.

a) My dependent B-visa issuance has 8 hours stipulation. But immigration said it's no big deal, if ever I found work in Switzerland the company's HR department can amend it so the 8 hour thing is gone (in which case, I wonder why they bother putting that on in the first place).

b) Yeah, seems like I'd pay tax in both places initially, but then I can reclaim UK tax paid from the UK HMRC.

Pre-2021. Pre-Brexit.
