Just wondering if this post is ok to make, I'm sure lob rockster will put me right if not! My husband starts with Novartis soon and we were interested what people think of working there. They seem like a 'work hard, play hard' type of company, but also seem to strive for the work/life balance. Obviously some of it comes down to who you work for etc, but just wanted to try and get a general feel?

I've a couple of friends working in Basel Novartis. They've always seemed quite content with the place.
