Looking experiences with Velocity Global

I am discussing a potential position with a global startup but as they currently have no offices nor legal entity in Switzerland, they suggest organising employment contract using Velocity Global. Did some google research about the company but not found a lot of relevant feedback.

Some background, I have lived in Switzerland for over 20 years, have a c-permit. Up to now, all my employment contract were based on having a legal entity, so no clue what this would mean and what would be the potential pitfalls.

Anybody who had a similar contract setup or used Velocity Global in your organisation?
