Swiss company hiring EU company
I have a Swiss company that has relationships with local clients interested in doing house / office renovations.
I have contacts with EU companies that can supply the materials, prepare designs and provide workers for the renovation. These will be short-term projects of 1-2 months. I understand that the workers need to be registered in Switzerland, have health insurance and paid according to Swiss salaries.
The question is can the EU companies invoice my Swiss company and then the Swiss company invoice the Swiss client? Or is it considered staff leasing and I have to follow different processes?
