Twice on RAV in 5 years, extension on original period?

Hi all,

Here is my situation: I worked from 2017 to March 2019, and then I lost my job. I started a new position in Dec 2019 and worked until March 2021, when the new firm had a merger. Both times I registered with RAV.
The second time I was given a limited number of days, I have been effectively on the remainder of my previous unemployment benefit. I was told that the days run out end of this month.
In the last two years, I worked for around 15 months. Based on what I read, it is possible to apply for a new period of unemployment, and they will look back at the period. However, I did not receive a conclusive answer from RAV or from reading the threads here. I appreciate any tips to get me out of this Limbo.
