No, I am still there. I haven't been filtered. I am plump & useless.
The useless ones I know only from people I've worked with previously (mostly U.S.), who publish a CV that's simply misleading e.g. "I delivered, led this or that", when you know damned well that it was yourself that delivered and led this and "that".

The other types I've seen are the ones who really "plump-out" their achievements. In this case, that's the way they worked also during the assignments. Their CVs are simply and quite obviously in need of a reality-check work-over.

Just my opinion: selling yourself is well-placed within a CV. But over, or deceptively selling will definitely not get us through the interview process.

As a side: the snowman on your avatar is a little plump, admit it

But there are cultural differences too: Americans tend to inflate and put bells and whistles on the CV and it's considered normal there.

Re: LinkedIn

Very handy if you want to run a shop selling bells. And whistles.
