I'm really new to this forum but i really find it helpful so far, hope it's gonna be further more helpful.

I've relocated in Geneva since 19 months already to live with my wife & kid.

I've been trying to find a job for all this period but i couldn't ever find, but this is not yet the problem.

The real problem is my C.V includes over 7 years of successful Events, Conferences, Audio Visual, & ending up by Advertising Manager Position (All in Hospitality Field), i have perfect PC, Mac Skills (Software & Hardware), Desigining skills, Web design Skills among loads of other skills, but i don't have a Uni Degree as i skipped it & started at the age of 19 my practical career where i've been so successful till i arrived here (Have loads of Recomendation & thanks letters from International Hotel Chains proofing my good work).

Everytime i'm looking for a job, it requires not only BSC but most of the time MBA + 3 languages +...+...+...+...+....

I believe Swiss they don't look on how a person is really qualified, it's only the papers that proof you are an existing human (they don't consider at all the experience).

I'm really getting desperate what to do, i even tried to goto work in UK, but most of the time i get told that i have no UK Experience.

One Last thought i got that might be a problem, is it because i'm an Arab national????????????????

I need to know why?????????????

you also don't mention the permit you have.

I've been looking already for 19 months & still looking till now, guess i'm getting depressed from this situation (Having no Job & no friends....!!).

Anyway i'm holding a B permit.

You do indeed need to be qualified to do high-level jobs, that's kind of a given in Europe...
