| I mean, if I go abroad, I don't want to get my pension money back, I'd prefer to keep it there, and keep it growing by putting some money each month even if I live, work and pay taxes lets say, in Japan.
Is it possible?
Thanks. | |

Not sure if that depends on you being a Swiss citizen....
My experience was that you still can pay it in - if the country in question does have a bilateral agreement, you may pay it in Switzerland or have it transferred at the end of your stay.
If there is no agreement, you may pay it in the destination country and still pay some minimal amount to keep your Swiss pension going until you get back - this way you don't have any breaks in your contributions and therefore don't lose out when you are finally eligible.
But - I found it really easy to talk to the AHV/AVS department of your canton directly, they were very helpful!
