My usual source of info on contract vacancies is www.jobserve.com - which often carries open freelance positions in Switzerland. I've been Googling around looking for a Swiss equivalent to Jobserve - monster.ch and jobs.ch tend to be mostly permie positions.

So my questions are:
- Is there a "standard" website in Switzerland where contract positions are advertised - similar to Jobserve.
- Does anyone happen to know if there is a trade body for Swiss contractors; similar to the Professional Contractor's Group in the UK?

Answers on a postcard etc. etc.

I'm working in IT and looking for pretty much the same thing, at the moment I only found a few opportunities scattered amongst the following companies :

- Addeco IT
- Elan IT
- Halian
- Edelway

What was the outcome of your search for freelance job sites in Switzerland? Is there a professional group that looks after freelancers?
