How does a company calculate your vacation money once the season ends ? whats the formula .

(height of mountain * amount of snow) / proficiency of skiier = Vacation Money.

if you only like beaches then you get a towel and thats it.

How they deal with outstanding days (hours) of vacation from previous year? In our company we cannot convert them to cash component so people are encouraged to use their holidays effectively asap. Human resources dislike seeing on payslip huge record of unused holiday hours.

I hadn't got the faintest idea what he was talking about...so he wanted to know how the company worked out what money he would get for unused vacation? I would never have imagined it..... You get a gold star.
