Can anyone out there provide a benchmark for inhouse lawyer salaries in the pharma industry in 2010?
I have 10+ years of experience - what's the rough range for a 7-10 years' experienced lawyer working inhouse in the pharma sector in CH? I've had an offer and I'm not sure whether it's a good one.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

all depends. can you drive a tractor? get up early in the morning to milk the cows etc? have the ability to tell people to get off your land?
