I have done a search here but couldn't find anypost to answer my friend's queries.
My friends a Couple, he is a Brit and she is Spanish, are moving to Zurich. He has a job in Zurich, she is a contractor and will stay working in the UK. They have decided to move and make Zurich their home and she will be commuting to Zurich.
The question they have asked me and to which I don't have the answer:
1- Can 'She' stay in the UK and make her permanent address in Zurich as they are a couple. He will have a B permit.
2- Could she get an umbrella company here in Zurich to do her payroll for her job in the UK?
3- Will she have to pay taxes in both country, though I am sure there is a double taxation agreement. Maybe the question should be which country would she be liable for tax to??
