Do you know how much bonus (in %) UBS generally offers ( director grade in IT ) ?

Anything from nothing to lots. Totally dependent on performance. And mostly blocked for a number of years. And never as a percentage. Or so I am led to believe.

At UBS at the moment I believe it's a bonus just to keep your job.

Yes UBS have a bonus system currently for the IT Departments, especially at Director level.

10-20% , given a base salary of about 200K per year
