If your husband is Swiss, why not ask him? Much easier

Hi Elvva. What is your question?

First place to go in my opinion is to your RAV, I'm sure your Swiss husband can help you with that. Take all your documentation with you.

Ask your husband! And go to the RAV with him or take a lawyer

Yes they will. RAV is not only for unemployment money. They can either help you / tell you who can help you.

Don't you have someone from your country who speaks German and can go with you? There are cultural translators available.
In St. Gallen you could ask here
If there is a problem, you can always contact those in Winterthur, they can tell you if they send you a tranlsator or where you can get one.

Don't feel helpless and hopeless, go to Rav!!

Your husband might not have been the best choice but you can address that problem later

Re: Delayed salary payments - Permit B

Elvva, the RAV office for Trübbach is in Sargans. See here.

It seems you have worked for two months but didn't get paid fully, RAV will also make sure you get paid what you're owed.

I think it would be helpful if you contacted them first, by mail or phone, and ask if they can have a translator present when you go there.
