amazingly enough, Switzerland hosts a pretty large country concert every year with the feature artist this year being Trace Adkins. we got our tickets and are ready for a fun concert this coming weekend, but we are way late in planning and only just started looking into hotels....
why are hotels in Gstaad OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive??! we're considering a "sleeping on straw" deal for 25chf a person (including breakfast) but also a 25 minute walk to the concert. other than that, the best we've found is around 250EUR for a small double room...insane! we might just end up doing the drive back to zurich (which would be no fun since that requires a DD)
any suggestions on relatively cheap hotels in Gstaad??!
