Does anyone know of a restaurant surving a traditional Thanksgiving dinner in Lugano?

I realize that, but maybe there is some kind of organization or restaurant that might serve a Thanksgiving dinner for Americans.

Ah yes, there are some American Clubs...also American Women's club (which I don't necessarily recommend)...but I'm sure they got some activities going on.
