Butter on bretzel??? Are you kidding me? It's Obatzda and nothing else my friend.
I am a man of simple pleasures. Some things are so much better if only enjoyed where and when they naturally occur.

Girls?
Clubs?

I was rather looking forward to the idea of a nice lady bringing me beer and buttered bretzel without necessitating my cleaning the floor for a 2nd time this year. You've ruined my evening. I shall now sulk.
Many apologies, but it does kind of remind me of this mornings post:

I'm not entirely happy with the idea of you spending any great deal of time thinking about my anatomy, be that in private, at work, or on public transit, and certainly not with any form of visual aid.

And if you can't keep it to yourself, please try not to start some kind of epidemic. I don't wish to have nothing but bretzel and beer for my diet as a result of not wishing to disappoint a horde of dirndle clad women knocking me up at all hours of the night or day.

Gosh, I seem to have missed the party.

I don't have a Dirndl, but I live 300m from Bretzel König, can I come too?

Is there an airport? Do they play piano, debate, endulge in some out-of-the-box stuff? And I don't mean neti pot..

True. Well..as mentioned before, the Eastern European savageness.

I am all about self restraint, hedonists are. We like contrasts, protect them. Which makes me think, I bet the local cold shoulder is just a secret invite to something wild and unexpected! Just think librarians.
Several airports and some lovely cities to visit.

Unfortunately I can't help you, I was on a strict diet of "strictly looking, no touching" since I was travelling with my husband. Would probably be less coy nowadays, but I'm too old.

I believe it's possible to find interesting people everywhere, don't you? Of course, the probabilities of said interesting people to also be tall, dark and handsome may be lower in some places than other.

I get your view. How do you practice this technique?

Maybe I'll take back the "neti-pot" filter.

The best kind.
The neti-pot (I think I recall what it is, vaguely) wouldn't help.

MusicChick, I'm blessed/cursed with a sense of smell that is out of this world. Just sitting in the tram I can identify which guy would be a "go" or a "no go" within a 1-2 m radius. Public places can be quite painful.

On the other hand, I'm really good at picking wine. And I know if my son is going to be sick because his body odour changes.

Ugh, I know exactly what you mean, I carry a scented hankie just in case plebs should approach in public places.

Indeed, nose is a good detective. We base our perception too much on visual stimuli, anyways. I was kidding about neti pots, saline rinse is unpleasant and helpful.

We discern our compatibility on all stimuli, don't we. I'd say it is a subconscious and irrational process. I'd say - the less rational the better for us. Brain just messes stuff up.

People at home are quite boringly uniformly tall and blonde.

What's this pretzel obsession, is it some aphrodiziac I don't know about?

Funny. Oddly enough, it's not about the presence or not of body odour, but the odour itself.

Some sweaty people come off as quite pleasant, some clean ones make me gag. My nose has no consideration for social class.
