Re: Cinema

Out of curiosity wondered if EFers have ever experienced a film at Blue Cinema

I meant to look into this when we passed by one in St. Gallen during the summer and had forgotten about it - turns out they have locations throughout Swiss Germany

Curious as it looked a bit different than Pathe. Apparently it has, apart from IMAX, Dolby Atmos and a technology called 4DX that is effectively a sensory experience analogous to rides at Europa Park

That's a bit of an exaggeration though, isn't it? It will give you a few bumps in your seat, shake you and maybe spray a little water (if you don't disable it). Hardly a rollercoaster ride.

I would imagine, I was more curious with the rest of the theater as the chain appears to use more recent technology which should enhance the experience. Nevertheless, would be curious what the 4DX is like - might be a bit gimmicky but maybe not

The Voletarium ride at Europa Park for example, I find outstanding
