caves ouvertes / Offene Weinkeller / Cantine aperta

While the world goes to hell with covid, 2021 spring and summer are there and therefore, local wine from 2020 grapes is ready to taste and drink. This is a good reason to take the car and spend the weekend on other Swiss canton.

Neuchâtel starts on 2 weeks, 7 and 8th of May 2021 https://www.j3l.ch/fr/P48537/journee...caves-ouvertes

Valais is one weekend later from Friday 13 to Sunday 15 of May https://www.caves-ouvertes-valais.ch/

Next, comes cantine aperte in Ticino over 2 weekends. From Thursday 20 to Sunday 23 of May north of Monte Ceneri (Bellinzona, Giubiasco, Sementina) and May 29 and 30 south of Monte Ceneri (Lugano, Mendrisio).

Vaud is boring and changes the idea of caves ouvertes into something you need to do a reservation and I don't know what else https://mescavesouvertes.ch/

German speaking winemakers (what a weird way to make a self reference) will open the doors next July 31 and Aug 1. https://deutschschweiz.swisswine.ch/...einkeller-2021

Genève also makes live complicate to customers with winemakers opening on different days, less of a festive ambiance https://www.guideduvin.ch/caves-ouvertes-de-geneve/

So, 4 weekends of May with wine. I'm looking forward to it.
