where to go in Geneva to celebrate my birthday?

Hiya!

I would like to have some tips about places (parks, pubs, bars, clubs) where I could celebrate my birthday!

I don't know the city and I have no idea what it has to offer for a cool day/evening/night out!

any tip is really really appreciated!

thank you!!!

try the

el Mektoub, Rue Chapponière 5, 1201 Genève, Tel 022 738 70 31
a really excellent Maghrebine (Moroccan) restaurant !

or the

Restaurant al Amir, Tel 022 731 92 98, Rue de Berne 22, 1201 Genève
with Lebanese cuisine

The ambiance in the Mektoub however is clearly better !

if you however have it with Indian food, I might recommend

Restaurant Shahi
Web: www.shahifood.ch
Place Cornavin 2
1201 Genève
Tel 22 738 44 36
- just accross the Gare Cornavin

The Palais Mascotte in the Paquis is also good to see a show and for dancing afterwards.
