Pharmacy Tax for Medication?

So I heard from my doctor that I need to pay a pharmacy tax if I pick up my medications there instead of at their office.

One medication is around 90 CHF while the other is 36 CHF.

Since I have been traveling for 3 out of the past 4 weeks for work, a trip across town seems quite unattractive unless we are talking a huge fee.

And you only need to pay this once every 3 months?

Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated.
