Wow! I knew I will have plenty of good tips here! I will try to answer and give as much informations as possible.
The best thing to do with all of this advice is to only take on board what YOU think will work for YOU and your family. What works for one person may not work or suit another person. People (including me) are great at handing out advice to parents but it doesn't always suit everyone and it can make new mums feel overwhelmed and like a failure.

But most importantly don't feel bad for doing things your way, especially if others disagree with what you are doing. You are doing what works for your family.

Re: After Birth help and tips

A couple of things that made life a little easier for me...

If you have some good friends in the area, ask if they can each sponsor a meal for you and your family. It can easy, but healthy stuff like casseroles, soups, etc. They make it for you and bring it either ready to eat, or w/ instructions on warming before the meal. I was able to do breakfast, but friends brought lunch and dinner items for a few weeks. I felt a little odd asking for meals, but everyone kept asking what they could do to help, or what they could get for the baby... most people were totally excited when I suggested that they put together a simple lunch or dinner.

On-line grocery shopping is great - put together lists of ingredients you need for specific meals ahead of time and then order off of those lists when you need food. Don't have to worry about getting showered/dress to get food.

I agree with everyone - let the little stuff slide, but if you can afford a cleaning person to help w/ some of the more important tasks (the washing, cleaning the kitchen, etc), try and schedule someone for a few hours once a week for the first month. It will give you more time to rest and recover, and your husband can spend more time with the kids and pampering you.

Good luck with the pregnancy, possible move, etc.

The clock's ticking... what is the current due date, or rather Csection date?
How are you feeling? And any news from HR?

21st of April is the big day!

I feel big, in pain and I am so swellen I could roll down a hill! The baby already droped a few weeks ago and could come earlier than the day we are goig to actually have him. Tic Tac Tic Tac.... (Still not enough fast for me, but it is almost done)

Can't walk much, can't sleep much, can't do anything much.

Only thing that make me keep the moral is to see him very soon and to know that I will not go through a pregnancy never ever again!

If he is like his big sister, he is going to have a head full of hair!

Odile, I got you PM, I'll answer you fast!

Arrghh poor you, and the heat can't be helping. No worries about replying, the pm was to tell you I was thinking of you, not to give you 'homeowrk'. LOL. Take care xx
