Any experience with EFT?

Has anyone had any personal experience with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)? I read an article about it once in the Stork Times while I was sitting in a doctor's office, and I just saw a workshop for it in one of these Elternbildung brochures. Does it work?

Re: Any experience with EFT?

You might want to read the various opinions given on an EFT forum and make your own opinion....

Good luck....

You might want to watch some of the stuff from Robert Smith on YouTube.

He does something called "faster EFT".

Re: Any experience with EFT?

I'm using it since a few weeks and I'm glad to have decided to do it.

the official site is http://www.eftuniverse.com/ but you can find several website talking about it with people explaining their own adaptation of the process. You can download there a pdf manual about EFT, what it is, how it works and how you do it.

I only can recommend you give it a try.
