Looking for post receipt sent to ASSURA in recorded delivery (vaud)

Hello!

Does anyone has a receipt from Recorded letter to ASSURA_ VAUD in end of October 2010, or november or december 2010?
The one without your name (normal recorded delivery as opposed to Recorded delivery with delivery notice).

It's called "Quittance/Confirmation" for a "recommendé", and cost 5chf to be send.

I will offer you 20CHF to buy it!

PM me if you have one/ know someone with one.

It would be fraud I would imagine.
I would like to add also that insurance companies lose a lot of their kundigens, funny that, but the onus is always on the client, and if they receive something like a quitting form thats not by registered mail..........
If you have a problem, like double insurance, there are other legit ways to deal with it.
To the OP send me a pm if you want explaining whats going on and I will see if there are other ways and means.

Hm Probably not!

I actually wrote to them in december, but I haven't used recorded delivery-
Also December is too late to "RESIGN" but the text of law does not mention changes of "franchise".
Also they made a misleading mistake on my "online account" showing clearly Policy 01.02.2010 for refering to 2011. Therefore I did not get it was my new 2011 policy, and I could not be bothered reading it.

Moreover, they always spam me with advertise craps and I gave up reading their email-

So it might look "fraud" but it's more recovering some mistakes we made in both parties. And it's not for resigning but adapting to what I wanted-

Hello,
I don't want to quit- but to adapt my franchise.
I actually already wrote to them a quick letter but it was ignored.

Both ASSURA and myself have made mistakes-
They wrote wrong date on my new contract (policy 2011) so I was mislead in thinking its 2010's one.
I did not use recorded delivery
I did not regularly check on follow up ( I just glanced my online account today!)
They did not ackowledge my letter send december

Also, I knew the "1month before" rule (as per Swiss law for resigning) but I initially registered 01.02.2010, and my first official papers are dated April 2010. So it seems I incorrectly though a YEAR is 12 months (from feb to feb) but I now think its ....2010-2011-2012, etc...
Which is also unfair because I registered later and yet I pay the same than normal people over 12 months!
(ie if I register in June, I still pay like someone who would have 12 months to use the franchise???)

Ok, Ok, who wants 20chf
