Tonight I will dream about getting frustrated with threads being deleted for no good reason.

I will probably dream with a self-important clown handling a big rubber erasing words at discretion.

Re: Dreaming your frustrations...

Got to love EF. This night i dreamt that i almost killed me and 2 friends by driving since (in my dream) i couldnt drive in strange roads.

In real life i dont drive in strange roads. S**t this is scary...

Nil im not going to say write a letter and burn it since it has been suggested already (and its an excellent idea - i was going to suggest it as well). How about cutting all ties with the person for a while? (Ok not the best idea i admit but you already had some great suggestions). And i wouldnt worry about it too much since it doesnt affect you in your everyday life.

We cant control our dreams thats why maybe George (you know... Clooney) hasnt made an appearance yet

Re: Dreaming your frustrations...

I had a dream last night that I was sold as a prostitute to some [not so attractive] lesbians. Was pretty annoyed by that.
Then today, I see that Rangatiranui has put me on her shag list. What does that mean??

Thanks Guys!

Why those hormones don't make me dream of Matthew Morisson, Will Smith or Clooney?

Nil remember that for some reason being pregnant appears to encourage very vivid and sometimes scary dreams.
This is true...the retentive thoughts, bouncing back at night in dreams. Hormones. I think looking for a solution won't do a thing, I'd dissociate myself from the cause of pain. And, from the desire to control, since you can't control the other person, the expectations of her behaving some way, eg. admitting, owning up to her mistakes, etc will drive you off the wall. Holding a grudge is tiring, there is a way to just let go. I'd tell myself, I won't let my life (influencing obviously quality of your interaction with your loved ones, your behavior, etc.) be still controlled by things that happened long time ago, or by things that you have no control over now. What you do have control over is how happy you are now, just phase her out for a while. And, back to preggo brain, everything seems a lot more acute in pregnancy, than it really is. Herb teas, physical activity, learning something new, manual labor.

Or drunk...

I think high level of stress hormones does the same thing as preggo brain. I remember waking up a lot more tired after scary vivid nightmares than when I went to bed at night. It comes and goes.

Re: Dreaming your frustrations...

"I had a dream", then I remembered that someone else had used that as their punchline and ended up getting killed for it back in 1968, so I've decided to stop telling people about my dreams in case someone mistakes me for a civil rights animator or Rabina, or something....like whatever.

To add a bit of info, I am already not in contact with the person since the beginning of the year.

And just came back for a nap and Mimi, I will love you for ever for that Matthew Morisson's picture...

I have to check again about the rules of 4 husbands in Islam....

Re: Dreaming your frustrations...

Dreaming is your brain taking a dump. They are very useful at sorting things out when you cant face the problem consciously. I experience strong physical feelings in my dreams and often, once I'm over the unpleasant aspects I feel much better.

I hope they stop soon Nil.
