Does anyone have an english speaking (and if the reception person spoke it too that would be great!) doctor in Lausanne they could recommend?

I've not gone to one here before, what is the usual situation? do you just give them your health insurance information etc or do they just bill you and then its up to you to deal with it for the insurance?
