Hi everyone,

I need some advice, I'm 4 months pregnant and work as a nanny. I am aware that my employer can not fire me for this.

My problem is that I feel so weak and get very bad migraines and am unable to stand up let alone go to work. As a nanny I have no one to cover for me and I end up leaving my employer in the lurch. I feel so horrible and guility. There are days when I go to work and wish I stayed at home.

Fair would obviously be for me to hand in my notice and allow my employer to look for someone new but I can't afford to give up my job, in 2 weeks I would be broke and a applying for social help which is a nightmare for me as I love working.
