A box of chocolates and a hand made card- no risks there. If the class is doing it together, they could have given a voucher for a good sports shop, as the teacher is sporty-type. But for you alone to do it, it might be expensive.

Ok this is what we have done this year we bought a friendship book and all the kids wrote in it.
