Thanks everyone for your help.

I started taking a packed lunch to krippe everyday and asked that my daughter be allowed to eat it while the other children were eating theirs. This went well for the first couple of weeks until the other kids didn't want their lunch, they wanted what my daughter was having.
So, the solution as of today is that lunch now starts at 11:30, after any morning only kids have gone (which is what I wanted in the first place.)

Just goes to show, if you persist sometimes it pays off in the end.
