Carte Vitale/IVF

Hellooo,

Are you ready?-
Lived and worked in France for 18 months before getting a job in Geneva..
Had French medical cover and the obvious carte vitale during the 18 months. Now that I work in switzerland (but still live in france) will my family and I still be entitled to use the carte vitale? The reason I ask is that I am not covered for certain things with my expensive swiss insurance that I previously would have been...
The medical treatment in question is mainly fertility... I was advised by my specialist that I would be entitled to 5 'goes' at IVF.

The question I suppose is, although living and paying bills in France, I am not paying into the 'system'.. so... is that my Carte Vital useless?....

Thanks in advance
