Perhaps though, the biggest cost might be one of goodwill. If staff are spending much time and effort to 'integrate' a child and help with adaptation, language skills, etc- and feel that this is not respected by some parents?
All I can do is thank the gods that I am not a parent and I do not long for the respect or require the respect of a schooling system. You guys most probably have more than enough problems with normal people than having to deal with a twazzok like me.

Best of luck and thanks to all the teachers for trying to turn all those little shites into semi-respectable souls and keeping them as far away from me as possible lest I either kill them when they can't hold a decent conversation or corrupt their poor little minds in evil ways if they can hold a decent conversation.
