This is a cultural question, in Switzerland do students who are studying, say for Bachelor degrees, live with their parents or do they leave the nest after military/high school?

In the Prairies in Canada, once you finish High School you move out and find your own place even if it's in the same city. But here housing is abundant and affordable.

Depends where school is, but generally they only move out after they've got a real job.
