Actually, a sprained ankle is much more difficult to heal than a broken bone.

I sprained mine a few time, and never bothered to follow all the recommendations of the docs. As a result, my ankle is now weak and prone to sprain again. It also tends to swell after a long walk, and gets painful at times without apparent reasons...

Mine too!! It hurts in the winter and with this hot weather it hurts now too. I sprained it last year.

Mine too. I sprained it 6 years ago and sometimes it hurts like hell. I had a cast and did all the physio afterwards too. In this hot weather it's really painful and swells up on the side like a golf ball.
